Rob took his passion for the culinary arts & began his career 36 years ago.

When a health craze swept the US in 2006, Rob went from a certified pastry chef to a Master Chef of home-cooked foods specializing in smoked meats.

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he ran a fully staffed booming catering business. Chef Rob’s catering business thrived with hundreds of happy clients until the lockdown. Yet shutting down his catering business turned into a blessing in disguise.

During the lockdowns, his phone never stopped ringing. With each call, he was sad to inform his clients he was no longer offering catering services. During these conversations, he discovered one overwhelmingly popular request: his gourmet chicken salad.

You cannot keep a man of God from his passion to serve, nor an artist from their creation! So, Rob decided to make a comeback but keep it simple. He decided then to place his focus solely on his most requested masterpiece. Many have touted his signature creation as having the most distinctive flavor of any chicken salad they’ve tasted.
